This week Matthew welcomes John Dunlop, Manager of Heritage Planning & Indigenous Relations at the City of Mississauga, as they explore the some of the myths, misconceptions and realities of designated heritage properties.

John will also address some questions about the impact of designation to property values, home-owner control over property changes, requirements for heritage designations, and the impact of designations on development.
