“A Retrospective of Art in Mississauga” featuring guest speaker Jane Venner is a historical presentation focusing on art and artists throughout the years that have made a connection with the city of Mississauga. The presentation will explore the profound effect that these works have had in forming our art community and the legacy for all to enjoy. The works presented will be pieces from the PAMA (Peel Art Gallery, Museum & Archives) permanent collection and exhibitions from the past and future.

George Hunter passes
Renowned Canadian Photographer passes away

April 12th 2013

Respected Canadian location photographer and Mississauga resident, George Hunter, passed away on Wednesday, April 10 at Credit Valley Hospital. A memorial gathering is scheduled for 11am on April 20, at Scott Funeral Home, 420 Dundas Street East, Mississauga.
